Item availability
Due to the nature of Limited Edition prints, all items are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available you will be notified by email. Artlinea never charge your card until your chosen items have been dispatched.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard. These payments are secured. All charges will appear on your statement as “Astwood Galleries” who are the parent company of Artlinea.
Delivery by Royal Mail
Delivery within the UK and Ireland is £4.50, and normally takes 5 – 7 working days.
Within the European Union, our flat rate charge is £15, and normally takes 7 – 10 working days.
Rest of the world flat rate is £20, and normally takes 10 – 15 working days.
Countries we do not ship to inlcude Nigeria.
Packaging
All Artlinea items come mounted, unless specified. Items are shipped flat, and are sandwiched between protective material to ensure safe delivery.
Returning and cancelling orders
Should your items arrive in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact Artlinea Customer Service on +44 (0)1527 893787 or email customer.service@artlinea.co.uk. We will advise you how to package and return your item. Artlinea will then arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
If upon delivery the outer packaging is clearly damaged, refuse to accept the item, then notify Artlinea customer service.
Should you not be satisfied with your Artlinea picture, you may return it within 7 days and we will provide a full refund. |
